AI Todo Plus Support

Open the AI Workouts flow, enter your goals, available equipment, and time constraints. The App sends a prompt to the AI provider to generate a plan with exercises, sets, reps, and instructions. Generated content can sync across your devices if iCloud sync is enabled.

Yes for local tasks and previously generated content. AI generation requires an internet connection. Once created, items generally work offline on the device.

Only if you turn on Save to Apple Health in Nutrition settings. The App then writes the food you log (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium and saturated fat) to Apple Health. It never reads any Health data. You can revoke access anytime in the Health app (Sharing › Apps). The Privacy Policy (section 2.4) has the details.

Sign into the same Apple ID on each device, enable iCloud, and ensure AI Todo Plus is allowed under iCloud settings. Sync can take a few minutes. Check free iCloud storage.

When creating or editing a task, use the Repeat option (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom) if available in your version.

If your version includes export/backup in Settings, use that. Otherwise email [email protected] and we will point you to the available options.

Tasks are stored on your device and optionally in your iCloud. AI prompts for generation features are sent to the AI provider for processing. The App may collect usage analytics and crash diagnostics for product improvement (see the Privacy Policy and App Store privacy labels). We do not sell your personal information. Use your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel billing. Refunds are handled by Apple.
