            Product model in one line

            Mobile Comfy Creator is a client that connects you to ComfyUI, SwarmUI, optional Vast.ai GPUs, optional Tailscale/VPN, and optional Ollama that you own or choose. Gallahadd does not operate those servers, does not run an ads backend, and does not process your prompts/images/workflows on a Gallahadd content backend. On-device diagnostics stay local unless you email them to support.

1. Who We Are

Gallahadd Software LLC (“Gallahadd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Mobile Comfy Creator (the “App”) and related pages on gallahadd.com that link to this Policy (the “Site”).

2. Our Product Model

ComfyUI and/or SwarmUI servers — operated by you, not Gallahadd.
Optional remote GPUs from Vast.ai (or similar) — third-party; you configure them; Gallahadd does not run those GPUs.
Optional Tailscale/VPN — third-party, user-controlled.
Optional Ollama — user-controlled.
Optional Apple Intelligence when available on your device — subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Photo Library (read and/or add) when a feature needs images you select.

Gallahadd does not: operate a ComfyUI/SwarmUI hosting backend; run an ads backend for this App; use iCloud sync for MCC under the current model; or request a Camera permission key.

Prompts, images, models, and workflows sent to endpoints you configure leave the device to your infrastructure (or third parties you chose). Those operators control that processing.

3. Information We May Handle

3.1 Information you provide to Gallahadd

If you email [email protected], we may receive your email address, message content, and any screenshots, logs, or on-device diagnostic exports you choose to attach.

3.2 On your device or your chosen endpoints

Connection settings, preferences, and UI state stored on device (not synced via iCloud under the current model).
Prompts, images, models, and workflows sent to endpoints you configure (ComfyUI, SwarmUI, Vast.ai or similar, Ollama, etc.).
Permissions as needed: Local Network, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Photo Library (read/add), Notifications. No Camera key.
Optional Apple Intelligence when available on your device.

Gallahadd does not receive a copy of your generative content through a Gallahadd-operated content API.

3.3 App Store / Apple commerce

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds (if any) are processed by Apple. Gallahadd may receive limited non-payment reports from App Store Connect.

3.4 Website (gallahadd.com)

Standard web server or hosting logs may collect IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not invent trackers beyond what is actually deployed.

3.5 Diagnostics & analytics (eng audit)

                On-device only. No third-party analytics or MMP.
                The App uses an on-device LocalAnalyticsProvider.
Crash reports and analytics events stay local on your device until you choose to email them to Gallahadd support.
No third-party analytics SDK and no MMP / attribution SDK collect data from the App.
Classes named for vendors such as Sentry or PostHog may exist as unwired mocks for development scaffolding. They are not connected to collect or transmit data. We do not claim that Sentry, PostHog, or similar services collect analytics or crash data from Mobile Comfy Creator.
Apple may provide limited diagnostics through standard App Store / platform mechanisms, subject to your settings.

5. How We Use Information

We use support correspondence (and diagnostics you choose to attach) to provide support, improve the App based on feedback, comply with law, and enforce our Terms. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your ComfyUI/SwarmUI job content for advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

Mobile Comfy Creator is not directed to children under 13. The Terms require users to be at least 18. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child provided information via support email.

7. Retention & Deletion

On-device settings / LocalAnalyticsProvider data: Clear App data or delete the App (subject to device backups).
Your ComfyUI / SwarmUI / Vast.ai / Ollama data: Controlled by you and those operators — Gallahadd cannot delete it.
Support email: Retained as needed for support and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures for systems we control (e.g., support inbox access). Security of your servers, Tailscale/VPN tunnels, Vast.ai instances, and API keys is your responsibility. Protect your device; do not share screenshots of secrets.

9. International Users

Gallahadd Software LLC is based in Waxahachie, Texas, United States. Content you send to your servers or third-party GPUs may be processed wherever those endpoints run. Support email may be processed in the U.S.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information Gallahadd holds (typically support correspondence and diagnostics you emailed). Email [email protected]. Content on your infrastructure must be managed via your servers and provider dashboards.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version at https://gallahadd.com/legal/mobile-comfy-creator/privacy. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
